I miss the time of some OSX features that were lost \u2026 one of the things I liked most about OSX, when I moved from Windows XP\/2000 to Mac, was the fact that when we were in an App and we were not stealed of the focus when another App or alert where activated\u2026 and even when it was a window activated at the front, it didn’t steal focus of the cursor.. We could even be writing a document, continue to write, even with the alert or application in front. It was great!
Now it’s like on windows, already caused me some problems.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most recent absurd one, example: we are calmly working on something and suddenly the Mac the email comes and steals the focus! WTF\u2026 Eventually it happens when email arrives from gmail I think. Imagine you are using mouse aligning \/ selecting someting on photoshop, pages, keynote etc\u2026 and suddenly losing everything!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I moved to Mac in 2006 because it just works! or just worked by then. I was a big move because I was a MS Developer, and believe it or not my working tools were more efficient, via Virtual Machines also, and all the usability on OSX\u2026 but now\u2026 I am so sad right now\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tenho saudades de alguns recursos do OSX que se perderam \u2026 uma das coisas que mais gostei no OSX, quando mudei do Windows XP \/ 2000 para o Mac, foi o facto de estarmos em num aplicativo e o focus n\u00e3o nos roubado aquando outra app ou alerta apareceu a frente\u2026 e mesmo quando era uma janela ativada na frente, n\u00e3o roubava o focus do cursor. Poder\u00edamos at\u00e9 estar a escrever um documento e continuar a escrever, mesmo com o alerta ou aplicativo na frente. Era \u00f3timo! Agora \u00e9 como no windows e j\u00e1 me causou alguns problemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O mais recente absurdo, exemplo: estamos a trabalhar com calma em alguma coisa e de repente o Mac vem com o e-mail e rouba o focus! WTF\u2026 Eventualmente acontece quando chega um e-mail do gmail, eu acho. Imagine que est\u00e1 a usar rato para alinhar \/ selecionar algo no photoshop, no pages ou keynote etc \u2026 e de repente perder tudo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mudei para o Mac em 2006 porque simplesmente funcionava! Ou apenas at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o. Fui uma grande mudan\u00e7a porque eu era um Microsoft Developer – alias era esse o meu trabalho principal, e acreditem ou n\u00e3o, as minhas ferramentas de trabalho ficaram mais eficientes depois disso, at\u00e9 com M\u00e1quinas Virtuais e toda a usabilidade no OSX\u2026 mas agora\u2026 Estou muito triste agora\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
