In 2018, with a focus on prospecting new members, the objective of this app was initially to clean the data obtained by the Console app scrapping<\/a><\/strong> application in order to result in quality scraped data. It allowed confirming\/correcting the address, identifying whether it was a member’s address or not, whether the activity was closed and marking it as OK for sending by mail or already sent.
The app also allowed managing the sending of physical mail, printing an A4 presentation letter and the addressing in the DL envelope as well, also as printing a RSF envelope that was included in the mailing for the interested party to be able to return with a registration form or promotion coupon, for example. Those prints were marked with an identifying QRCode so that, in case of return, we could, with optical reading, automatically mark the database record as invalid or, in case we receive the RFS, mark it as delivered and as good a lead. This allowed also, managing the mail already sent and to be sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This app had little use, since in early 2019 it underwent an update due to the fact that we started to use a new data source provided by Process IC from BdP<\/a><\/strong> app. Data with more quality, more information and more filtered for this business sector that APDCA represented. The application, now IC from BdP Mailing<\/strong><\/a>, was adjusted to the new data structure, some functionalities were no longer necessary and the management of sending physical mail was improved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
