Site based on WordPress (a platform chosen due to the limited availability of resources and time in the department) with close integration with the association’s internal database and services, resorting to the use of customized code, with a private area for the members where they have numerous personalized services, documents generated at runtime and others. It has many custom code, like download link protection and anonymity, files by ticket code, dynamic forms, rendering imagens with personalized member text, etc…

Despite being based on WordPress it allowed for easy and quick development with integration with our database and internal processes. The portal has an area of services and back office for associate members, exclusive to them, which integrates with internal synergies as well as service programs for associates.

For example, one of the various integrations implemented on the site is one where the associate will join the “Program for Used car Certified by APDCA” (see here) where this program needs to be signed in a contract, as shown:

In the members back office area, you can generate a pre-filled contract with all the data and pre-signed by the ADPCA management, where you will only have to print the signature and send it by email and/or post.

Then, an APDCA internal back office (see here) for the administrative services manage this requests and where they can analyzed/check the contract and thus activate the program for the car dealer member.
