At the beginning of 2019, this application replaced the previous APDCA Prospection Mailing due to the fact that the source of data to be processed was different and these were originally of better quality and partially qualified.
Similar to previous application APDCA Prospection Mailing, it allowed to fine-tune the collected data by confirming/correcting them, checking if the address belongs to an member already or not, if the mail has been answered or returned (although these last two data are also updated by optical reading by QRCode) and marking it as OK for sending by mail or already sent (although this last can be updated by QRCode reading before sending the letter out).
The app also allows you to manage the sending of physical mail, print an A4 presentation letter and addressing in the DL envelope as well, print an RSF envelope that accompanied the mailing so that the interested party can return the registration form or promotional coupon, for example.
All prints are marked with a QRCode identifier, so in order to be able to batch process faster by reading the QRCode for: register the outgoing of letters; register the returned letters; register the letters answered. Thus allowing to manage mailing already sent and to be sent.
